My career so far has encompassed banking, manufacturing, and trading, and now I can see the huge potential in all things blockchain and realize we are still in the early adoption phase, so the opportunities to get ahead of the pack so to speak are huge. I haven’t been that tech-savvy for a number of years due to the focus and requirements of my current role, plus chasing my 2yo son around in my spare time, but this academy and the community are a great chance to get back to this important field and start mobilizing for a future career-change. I was steering cargo ships (wheelsman). But as you know the crypto space, which I’m passionate towards requires a lot of time. I recently decided to leave my job as the two don’t coincide with me (always away), this is why I took the plunge and really focus on what I love. I’ve mostly focused on crypto research and investing over the last three years and would like to further my knowledge into blockchain technology and make a career out of it and possibly branch off into blockchain games.
