Hello everyone.
My name is Sean and I’m from Savannah, Ga. USA. I’m a USMC vet and currently working as a technician at one of the worlds largest paper mills. I’m married and have a 10 year old boy. I’m just getting into cryptocurrency and looking to further my knowledge and make a career change into blockchain development.

My hobbies are working out, traveling, watching Ivan’s Youtube channel and spending time with family and friends. My newest hobby is learning everything I can on cryptocurrency, trading cryptocurrency and understanding blockchain.

Looking forward to learning all I can from these courses and this community.

I Currently work as a high school teacher here in Sweden. Became interested in crypto in early 2020 and I felt in love with the blockchain and the crypto world. Finally decided to become a blockchain developer and I am very excited to be a part of this crypto community. My name is Eduard.
I live in Prague, :czech_republic: and got an interest in Crypto for quite some time (since 2017ish.
I work as the Release manager and kind of getting with all kinds of IT queries etc. but since recent times I have just realized that the IT industry’s gonna change, and I have to do something about it.
I agree that Crypto and Blockchain becomes sort of an internet of the 90th and I simply want to be a part of it.

I am Aygul, come from Russia, have lived in Berlin for the last couple of years. Study in Masters Political Science and work in the team of one MP in the Parliament dealing with technology and digital politics.

I am excited about the social transformative potential of blockchain and would like to advance my political career by acquiring deeper knowledge on crypto.

I’m Chris. I am very excited to be part of this community. I started watching Ivan three years ago, shortly after buying in at almost the exact top of the market - I bought my first coins on Dec 14th 2017!

I’ve been programming since I was a boy, and I am now almost a 50 year-old man :frowning:

I enjoy my hobby projects more than I enjoy my day job, but perhaps there is still time before I retire to spend a few years enjoying my day job too.

My goal is to become financially independent before I become a senior citizen “I am half way there in age not in money :sweat_smile:”. I am a true believer that blockchain and the cryptocurrency ecosystem is the future of finance, gaming and internet transactions in general. I am very excited to learn as much as I can from this academy so I can transition from an aging and dying industry to what I think is most exciting and rewarding technological industry since the creation of the internet.

Hi all, I’m Derek, and based in Ireland for now, and have been working in Semiconductors for over 17 years. COVID19 has given me an opportunity to change careers and I have moved towards community development. I first went down the crypto rabbit hole in 2013, and have kept abreast of the developments in the industry since then, but have never really attempted focused education on it until now. I want to add skills in blockchain governance and tokenomics to my community development bow. Looking forward to working with others on here and collaborating on projects etc. Good luck to every one.

Hi all, very excited to be here. I´m Pekko, born and raised in Sweden but been living in Spain for the past 8 years. I have also lived in South Africa and the Philippines.

A couple of years ago I quit my job to try to start a business which did not go as planned lol. Then I decided to take some time of and reconsider what I want to do going forward, that time has been well spent on playing computer games and learning how to produce electronic dance music (which has been kind of a “childhood dream” following along for many years).

Lately, my wife, who is passionate about programing has been suggesting that it would be something I could start to learn as well. Also, I just recently stumbled into the world of crypto which since then I have been consuming 24/7 lol. When I heard about the academy it kind of felt it was the universe conspiring, pointing me towards the “right” direction.

Not sure yet exactly what I want to focus on to be honest, be it programming or some other aspects of the industry, but I am excited to learn as much as I can and hopefully soon enough figure it out =)

Thurston here and I’m ecstatic about the future around crypto. I have an engineering operations background in the US Navy for 20yrs. I’m one class away from a BS in Information System Management. I currently own and operate a retail franchise and am starting an electrical field service company that services industrial and commercial facilities. I have a keen interest in software development and am working towards forming a software startup with an amazing idea that lead me to crypto. I’m trying to determine how the technologies overlap and will they be complementary or if crypto makes my software idea obsolete :thinking: Regardless, I’m all in for crypto and can’t wait to learn all that I.

my name is Louis-Alexis Beaulieu and I am from Quebec, Canada. I am a Navy retiree and now commercial pilot. I am turning around completely and want to go all in and full time in cryptocurrency. I was there during 2017 but lost almost everything to ICOs, scams, etc. I’m glad I came back in 2020!

Hey everyone! My name is Ben but many people know me as Meta. I wear many hats but my roots are in electronic music production. That’s actually how I stumbled upon the crypto rabbit hole in the first place. Audius project ($audio) airdropped me some tokens for providing content on their network (which you can find here if your interested: https://audius.co/immmetaofficial) and that’s how I got started.

In my day job I’m a product specialist with tons of experience in sales, relationship development and coaching/training.

Looking forward to seeing where blockchain technology and web 3.0 takes me, and the globe as a whole.

I’ve always wanted to learn programming, but I’ve always been afraid of it’s complexity.
I guess I’m not afraid anymore.
The world wasn’t built in a day, so now I’m here to build my knowledge little by little even if it’s hard.
Also blockchain has a solid promise of a better world!
