Hi Yavuz! Nice to see some Swiss people here! I’m pleased to meet you too! Welcome!

Hi everyone. I am excited to become an expert programmer with you all.

Hi everyone.

My name is Michael Simard, I have a bachelor in finance and I am currently doing am MBA in business analytics. I’m Canadian and I follow the cryptocurrency world since 2011 (I even bought some BTC  ).

I have 2 projects that I would like to create that could be very useful for the Crypto world but my skills in programming are basic.

I’m waiting for the MFA (market financial authority) approval and when I have it I will present it .
I plan to learn a lot here and to help if I can (best way to learn !).

Wish you all success in your studies !

Hello brothers and sisters in blockchain!

Outside of an introductory course to C++ I took in college 10 years ago, I am completely new to programming.

Teaching is my passion - along with blockchain, craft beer, and travel.

I want to organize a local blockchain advocacy group in my area (northwest Indiana, USA) in order to help mass adoption from a grass roots perspective.

I’m really excited to get started in a software development career.

Ivan, I can’t thank you enough for offering this course. I think your timing is perfect - not only for me, but for the community in general. Keep up the great work!

Hello everybody,
I’m an IT Professional working for large organizations as Enterprise Architect. I started dealing with the blockchain technology a couple of years ago. I’m now trying to gain more technical knowledge about the development of permissioned blochchains like Hyperledger as well as permissionless blockchains like EOS and Ethereum.
Happy to attend this course that look quite promising!

Hey Ivan!,

I’m Smajil Alisic from Novi Sad, Serbia. In addition to my profile introduction:
My interest in blockchain tech begun last year with rise of etherium. I’m tech savvy but not really into programming. So why not, blockchain is the future and programming smart contracts will be essential knowledge.

So, hi everyone!

Hi Guys,

I am Manu, I live in Spain and work as a Citrix / VDI engineer,
I love powershell scripting and enrolled in the course to keep learning new skils as html and Java script is something that I could also use in my day to day job.
Also looking towards the future, I strongly believe that having a better understanding of blockchain technology and how smart contracts work will be benificial.

First impression is that it looks like a lot of content for the price.

Lets get studying!!

Hi Ivan,
Thanks for all your efforts in sharing the knowledge about Blockchain. Mostly everything I know on this topic is from your videos.
I am a mechanical engineer with no programming background but hoping to learn something new. Looking forward to more interaction and contribution in this ecosystem.

Hi everyone! My name is Natalia, and I live in the Netherlands. Since I was 6, I wanted to be a researcher, and now, when the dream almost came true - as I am at the end of a PhD program - all of a sudden I started doubting. Academia has a lot of structural problems destroying it from within, and there is much less sense of community and team work than one might think. Also, we do not have colourful personalities like Richard Heart, and scientific life is very schematic, all circled around attending a few major conferences a year, and trying to score a good impact publication. But the worst is that, most of the projects have no application to real life - not even remotely.

Furthermore, I really like people in crypto as their mindset is so much different. When I attend conferences on blockchains, I feel so much more passion in the air than at scientific conferences… It makes me feel alive.

Therefore, I decided to take a shot and learn some smart contracts programming, with hope that I can do something useful with these new skills. I found out about the course from Ivan’s YT channel, probably as most people here. I like this channel because in order to really change something, you need to be both a type of a dreamer, and a down to earth person at the same time - and I think Ivan has both these qualities. So, I see the future of this community in bright colors.

That being said, nice to meet you all and let’s get down to work

I am a quick learner and a firm believer that many wonderful ideas can be substantiated using blockchain tech. I want to be an apt blockchain developer, so i can contribute towards mainstream acceptance of this sunrise sector in my country.

Hi,

My name is Ian - i reside in the UK and am a developer with experience in Java/C++ and finance/trading but not in blockchain though i have been participating in crypto since mid 2017. Although it might, at first, seem strange to enroll on such a course with prior programming experience it does help focus and there is always new stuff to learn so i am looking forward to jumping in.

I, like many, looked at crypto initially as an opportunity to expand my skillset but it has since become more than that - and Ivan should carry part of the blame for that.

Anecdotally i have lived (albeit briefly) just south of Stockholm, Turku (Finland) and Brussels as well as the UK
