My name is Alex, I am 28y.o. and I am from Barcelona. I have been following Ivan on youtube for a few weeks now, and after watching tons of videos on the topic I have decided to join the academy to deepen the technical knowledge in crypto.
I have a degree in physics and a master degree in theoretical particle physics. However, I am currently working as a software engineer in a big tech company.
I have always been interested in the world of finance, and crypto is the perfect mix of software and finance that finally got me hooked.
Besides that, my main passion on my free time are videogames and, before corona, travelling.

My name is Ivan, Venezuelan but living in Irkutsk, Russia. I’m an audio engineer, photographer and Dj. Since Covid-19 arrived I’ve been left with out work and since July I’ve been studying investment, trading in stock and the crypto markets. But I have notice that I’m more interesting in the crypto world I believe it has a full potencial in the new finance era, so I want to get onboard and all this new blockchain technology. I think its the future and dont want to be left behind. So im happy to be part of this community and learn so much new stuff here.

Hi all, I’m Vikram, I live in Shepparton in Victoria and would love to create more transparent systems such as blockchain provides the opportunity for. I’ve just completed a Chartered Accountancy on my employer’s dime so I am a bit uncertain about this leap into the unkown. I took this course up in the middle of my mandated lockup after traveling from Singapore. It’s interesting but arriving home after 1 year has brought with it a slew of problems, not least of which is the tax shop I usually work at being closed for the holidays. I’m wondering if anyone knows how fast I can monetize this knowledge? Is anyone here a part-timer / freelancer using knowledge from this site? Or could any instructors advise me? I would really, really deeply appreciate the advice.

Hey everyone! My name is Ryan, born and raised in Canada and currently working full time in operations and logistics for a family owned local business. I have always had a strong interest in technology, sciences, history, philosophy and money, among other things which has lead me to believe in Bitcoin as a hedge against the system that we were born into.
Although I have kept up with the space, made my investments and look forward to the future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, I now feel driven to not only work in the space, but be part of the growing community of like-minded people, thinkers and innovators.
Now I have the opportunity to learn some programming which is something I have always wanted to do, and learn all about Bitcoin, the blockchain and cryptocurrencies along the way. Whether I can land a job, create a service, project or startup is all in the cards, and the potential to work remotely from anywhere in the world is a huge draw with the current events taking place!
I am looking forward to my journey here and cant wait to meet every one of you!!

hey ariel , good to see people in the same position, how have you found going back to basics on the programming side, im older in years too, and am worried about being able to program from scratch , im just finishing bitcoin 101 and all good so far… scared at the programming to come though… did it come easy or is it a chore ?
