Hi, I’m Erich, nice to meet you all!
I’m a psychology student with a passion for holistic health.
My short-term goal is to use the skills learned at the academy to help fund my studies. At the same time, I’m excited to learn how crypto and health can interact!
All the best everyone!
Hi Everyone,
My name is Phoenix, I’m an acupuncturist in England and a complete techno-idiot (it took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to add to this thread! )
Although I’m a techno-idiot, I am not a techno-phobe. I am ferociously curious about life in general and I am super excited to learn about blockchain and understand all the different ways it can make the world a better place! Exciting times my friends!!!
Thank you Ivan and the team for your time, knowledge and enthusiasm!
Hello, My name is Scott and I was an Oil & Gas Abstractor/Title Analyst for Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC, (Look up who the attorneys named in the NY State case against Tether, Yep it’s us.) Trust me, Tether and anyone involved is not in good shape guys. Steptoe has a win or success rate of about 86% when going up against the federal US Government on behalf of the Oil & Gas Companies let alone having the Government behind/backing Steptoe & Johnson. But if you have done something shady then you should go down for it so I guess we will see on this one. Either way, I am looking forward to learning everything I can about Crypto. I have been trading Crypto for over 2 yrs now and have just been learning as I go and have even learned/self taught charting technical analysis. I have been self Employed most of my life and Steptoe & Johnson was the longest I have been an employee by any Company, (being 9 yrs.) I am looking forward to finding a new career in Blockchain because it appears to be where everything is heading.
Thank you.

Hi, my name is Jim. I live in Pennsylvania, United States, in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia, and graduated university in 2018 with a BBA in Accounting. I discovered Ivan on Tech early 2020 when I started investing in bitcoin. I hope to use my future cryptocurrency wealth to build a future company that connects people in a more meaningful way compared to the current social media landscape. Topics such as philosophy, politics, history, and spirituality are typical reading material for me. I joined the academy to feed my passion for learning and to create the life that I am calling to myself.
Cheers!

Im engineer and lawyer. I have 51 yeard old and want to learn more about cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Never is too late for learn.
Ivan, you’re a really amazing guy! Looking forward to bettering myself and my skillset with the Academy.i dont see exactly how to make a new post on the forum, maybe because I’ve been new, so i’ve been doing my homework posts through a series of replies to the original post by you at the top of the feed!
My name is Dave Walker. I’m from the southeast United States, having lived in several southern states. My Father is a progrrammer and architecht who worked in factory automation in the 90"s and beyond, and my step dad was a musicina who eventually taught himself to program in C in the latte 1980’s. I was a liberal Arts major turned Chef and hospitality industry roundsman who, in the early 2000’s found a way to become a professional tour caddie.
I’m not a technical person at all, and my math skills are pretty weak, but I taught myself Spanish through a series of girlfriends and bosses while caddying on the Tour. I have a pretty logical brain that processes information well by association and auditory cues.I read well, but i learned to read too fast as kid as I devoured books from age 10-17 like a savage. I have to slow down when reading material puposefully, and its hard. Also I’m somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to details, and I’ve found more often than not that it became more of a flaw than ans asset.
In the midst of attempting to make a career change to better creeate the foundation of a more family oriented life, I found myself running a small food venue in a dive bar in California. It was a nightmare, but the one thing that came out well was that I had a chemical engineer down on his luck washing my dishes at night. He introduced me to cryptocurrency.
To be fair, I was living in Panama in the early twenty teens, whist traveling to compete. There I had heard of bitcoin. I fleetingly thought it might be an alternative to Western Union, with whom I was sending funds frequently to pay rent and also to my wife.
For nearly a decade, I never gave crypto a thought again. After talking with Reggie many night closing down, me cleaning, him doing the dishes, and simultaneously talking fervently about the technology in place and how disruptive it as going to be, I was hooked. I’ve lost money trading in a bear market, but managed to get about 10% above even recently, but beyond trading, the backbone of decentralized ledgers and the ability to write executable code in a secondary or tritiary level, combining the power and speed with mathematics is truly disruptive genius.
Knowing about this space and this technology in advance of the digital revolution is something far more important than just triple ledger acoounting, smart contracts, or even decentralized money. The potential end result of mass world adoption of a technology so versatile in so many verticals is mind-boggling. With ever broadening horizons in scalability and interoperability, the ability of billions of people to interact and transact throughout the world, including the unbanked and the overregulated, potentially monetizing personal data and information, and the value creation in supply chains, logistics and information storage and technology, this field is on the verge of a value creation in the tens of trillions of dollars in the next decade and beyond. I want to be a part of that!
I have projects in mind, i have pitch involved, I’m brainstorming niches, and i don’t know exactly where it’ll all fit in, but I’m looking forward to the journey!
Hello everyone, my name is Joe, I’ve been in the Pacific Northwest for a few years and love the outdoors. In some ways it reminds me of Scandinavia where I would love to visit again. Recently I began investing in crypto and learning trading. Originally my intent of enrolling in the academy was to learn to program trading bots, but I am now wanting to understand and contribute more deeply in this field. The potential for such fundamental change in how we interact with each other is as fascinating as the insights we will gain about ourselves in the process.
Hello my name is Pete. I live in Seattle, WA where I support my daughter and wife. I want to be part of this technology revolution and look forward to the opportunity! My interests are all over the board but really enjoy the outdoors and learning new things.
Hey all, I’m Dean. Also know online as AliasDmt
I’m a full time father of 4 living in New Zealand and also work full time.
I got into learning about crypto last Nov and have had an amazing time learning so far.
After realizing how much time I was spending on the computer learning, researching and trading in crypto, I soon realized it was time for me to commit to going full time in crypto and learn the fundamentals beyond just use cases. The thought of being able to work from home and be more available for my children is a massive motivator for me, as well as being early to the best thing to happen to the internet since the internet haha

Hello there, nice to meet you all.
I’m Daniele and I come from Sardinia (Italy), I have just discovered this amazing world of blockchains and cryptos and I’m looking forward to get into it. It is very nice to see so many passionate people here, I am willing to learn as much as possible with the academy. I don’t want to be left behind, world running so fast. My first idea it is to be free and have a career that allow me to travel and do different experience through the world without a time schedule or fixed hours, I think we should be free and I will working hard to achieve my goals. I have a full time job that doesn’t allow me to dedicate as much time as I would now, but hey I’m not in a rush I will take all the time I need and I’ll get it. I wish you all good luck. See you soon.
Hi,
My name is Max. I´m a lawyer from Helsinki, Finland. I´m interested in taking a deep dive in to blockchain and crypto. I currently handle all types of “cases”, but in the future wish to be a crypto-law-expert. Keeping an open mind . Should be colossal potential in combining law-practice and blockchain.
I have been in crypto since the last bullmarket (of course FOMOed near the top).
