Hello
My name is Rafał. I’m from Poland but i live partly in UK. I worki as a personal assistant for disable people. I have some free time which I want to invest for learning about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Ivan on Tech academy is the only one I found which offers me learning some useful knowledge and skills.
Most of courses teach you trading, which is like playing in the casino, in my opinion.
I’m in San Diego, where in California are you ??
Hey everyone, my name is Ahmed. Iraqi born, kiwi raised and currently living in UAE. Started my career in telecommunications engineering and now in infrastructure asset management. I was attracted to the crypto space during the 2017 euphoria but chose to stick around after the bust because I was very interested in the tech and exciting projects under development. I’ve spent a lot of time watching and consuming material randomly and have been following Ivan for a while, I finally took the decision to tackle this space in a more structured approach through the academy and I’m really looking forward to it, as well as engaging with the community
Gooood Morning, everyone I am super excited to be here! My name is Glenn (full name: Glenn Benavides). I live in Costa Rica
(to be precise I am half Costa Rican
and half Japanese
). I have been a fan and loyal follower of Ivan since 2017. Kind of a lurker in the dark, though :)
I love Ivan
MY DREAM: TO WRITE BETTER AND BETTER CRYPTO NEWS! I have published almost 100 articles on Crypto since 2017. Most of these are in a blog that my friends and I (crypto devs) are trying to build as a real crypto news service (we’re just starting, though). I have been cited in CoinTelegraph once very recently, and one of my articles was published in Ethereum Classic. I knew about Crypto in 2016, but it was until september 2017 that I started getting seriously involved. Now, I am part of a project, trying to figure out the best path to broadcasting high quality Crypto news…
A LITTLE ABOUT MY PROFESSION: For about 26 years, I have been a University Professor. I taught in Japan for many years. Then, right now, I am professor of Neurology and Statistics at a University, here in Costa Rica. I also teach Neuropsychology and Research Methodology… For a university professor, I’ve had, since I was very young, an insane obsession with entrepreneurship and building my own businesses. Building my own projects is what I love I’ve been successful in the past. I had a company for many years. I used to sell scientific-assessment services to the public sector in Costa Rica.
Now, my vision is completely on the Blockchain. I love Math. Since I was a child, I had a gift for Math! Now, I believe Math and the Blockchain will shape the financial industries and our entire future… I have been wanting to enroll in Ivan’s courses for long time. Time has not been very kind to me the last few years. I was super busy at the University, also writing articles for our crypto blog, helping other people learn how to write crypto news, and also studying some Economics (I invest a lot of time reading about Macroeconomics and Monetary Theory, btw, topics I plan to keep writing about in the future)…
WHAT DO I WANT TO LEARN THE MOST IN IVAN’S ACADEMY: This is easy: Ethereum Programming. I love Ethereum. I have studied a lot about Ethereum, about its ecosystems, its network, DeFi, etc. Mostly from a conceptual perspective! Now, I want to be able to program in Ethereum! In the near future, then, I want to turn into a positive force in Latin America where I know many people. I want to help people start projects on top of Ethereum.
But, first, I want to master Ethereum programming. I want to understand it very well… Honestly, there are other courses in Ivan’s academy – besides Ethereum related courses – that make me feel super excited too. I am very interested in Security, in privacy coins, in Bitcoin programming and many other courses… My first objective will be Ethereum, though! I thank Ivan for creating this amazing academy. Thank you deeply It is such a great honor and a great source of excitement to be here
I will make constant efforts to show my appreciation and thankfulness by making most of these classes! LOVE FROM COSTA RICA
Hello everybody my name is Joseph from the United States . Really excited to focus on this academy . thanks ivan for creating an awesome community
Hello together,
my name is Kai and I am from Germany. I have studied mechanical engineering and work as a research assistant at a university (goal: PhD). I want to learn more about blockchain and its business opportunities. I am following Ivan for a long time, but now I really want to know if his academy is worth the money
In my free time I spend time with my family (two children), my dog and the gym.
Hey guys! My name is Jody and I’m from Australia. I’ve been slowly learning about Bitcoin for the last month and have recently started getting my daily dose of Good Morning Crypto! I’m really interested in learning more about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
I love to go cycling in my spare time and also love food, traveling, yoga and triathlon amongst other things!
My name is Ryan, currently in Reno Nevada, have known about Bitcoin for a couple years yet only looked into blockchain technology last summer. Although I’m completely new when it comes to programming I can see the value in this tech and the potential it has to change so many things for the better so I figured why not join the academy and take this as far as I can go? I’m looking forward to learning as much as possible here, cheers!
Hey my name is Lasse, and i come from Denmark
I am here to learn all there is to know about blockchain and programming. I am a total noob and beginner, so this will be fun
Thank you Ivan (and your team), for this opportunity!
Hi Ivan, Hi Ivan fans!
I falled in love with crypto already 2 years ago: everyday watching yt videos on investments and blockchain in general.
My job is in the tourism but, with the covid crisis, I want to change and work in those sectors.
Ciao
Hey guys! I’m Daan from The Netherlands.
I’ve been interested in bitcoin and crypto for a few years and decided to enrol in the academy today. It’s always been a dream to work for myself.
Besides that I like guitars, music, my cats and I’m always down for a game of Mario kart and a few beers with my mates.
Nice to meet you all, stay safe.
Hi everyone!
My name is Natalie and I am a 22 year old college student studying psychology, although I don’t have any burning career to pursue. My dad has always been into bitcoin and block chain and he has persuaded me to try it out. I plan on diving into the courses this summer to determine if this is a potential career for me! I don’t have the slightest clue about what this is besides the explanations from my dad, so hopefully these courses & forums will be beneficial and I can finally find something that I truly have a passion for.
Hi guys! My name is Westin and I am 17 years old. I live in the US. My dad introduced me to Ivan’s Academy and I started taking courses. I love it and am going to pursue a career in programming.

anyway hello all. looking forward to meeting you all !
Hi all!
I’m a software developer in the U.S. stagnating in the corporate world.
Being both a programmer and very interested in mathematics, the more I learn about crypto and everything behind it makes me see where this is all going!
I heard about bitcoin pretty early on and even tried mining when it was about $5/coin. After a few days of my server on its knees and getting nothing out of it, I bailed. At that time it seemed hard to purchase and I didn’t take the time to figure it out. I told everyone about it, though. And we watched it go to $12…$50, $250…$1200! I finally got in early 2017 just in time for the ride!
I looked for anything I could find on the Internet and stumbled on this young Swedish programmer dude that I really related to. I subscribed to his channel and watched every video from the beginning and keep up with every new post to this day. I purchased what I think was the first class he offered and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I’m working from home and have some “spare time” on my hands, and I got to thinking this would be a perfect time to actually get serious about crypto.
See you on the boards!
Hi Everyone,
My name is Ed and I live in the U.S., just outside of Philadelphia, PA. I’m a retired law enforcement officer and have been in the crypto space for about three years. I started as an exercise in education. My retirement plans were to enjoy my family, do a lot of babysitting, golf, scuba dive, workout, read every book that I had promised myself to get to someday and take some online courses. The rule for study was to focus on subjects about which I had no knowledge or existing skills. Finance and tech were at the top of that very long list.
Bottom line: that’s what I’ve been doing. While age is stealing some of my physical abilities, crypto has emerged as a neural explosion about the potential for change not just in the world of finance, but in so many fields that need to have “the playing field” leveled. Even in a world where Covid-19 can exist, the potential for the benefits of crypto give me hope; maybe not as much as a child’s smile, but still, a strong sense of confidence that things will get better.
It may take an absurd amount of time for me to figure out how to attach a photo or comfortably interact within a group, but one can hope…
Hello Ivan,
Johnny here, I’ve been following your channel for a while. I found my way here while trying to understand what bitcoin/blockchain is. I’ve been infatuated ever since. currently, I procure and manage 32 contractors with the local media company (which is a subsidiary of USA Today Network) in the Distribution Department. super excited to be here and learn as much as possible.
Thx
