I just wanted to introduce myself too this amazing community. I hope I can make our instructors proud and make some friends and contacts along the way! I entered the space at the exact wrong time during the ICO craze and BTC top but I’m glad it happened or i would still be ignorant to the benefits and society changing technology that is DLT!
I currently am a unionized Ironworker from Local 721 and I have aspirations of changing the union through blockchain and then eventually building something that will help far far more people! The income equality in our global system went off the tracks long ago… we can fix this together and put an end to the 1%.
I currently live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as a proud husband, father and crypto enthusiast. Completed the bitcoin 101 course and im loving the content!

Hello my name is Maximilian. I am a newly economics and management graduate with multiple jobs. The first time i heard about Blockchain and Crypto i was immediately enthusiast about it but besides consuming lots of content and investing minimal amounts i never felt comfortable to get in touch with it more in depth. You Ivan accompanied me from almost day 1 and now that i have graduated i cannot ignore my interest in this space and want to see what it’s all about and explore its possibilities.

Would be nice to convince friends an family for crypto. I think about getting blockchain consultant for businesses.
My loved hobby is racing! I still do motobike races even though i am 52.

Hello, I’m from London, UK and am happy to have at last joined the academy. I’ve watched Ivan’s channel for a long time and take this opportunity of quarantine to start my study. I think the crypto and blockchain earthquake has begun and there will be a lot of destruction and reconstruction in coming times. I believe the human world will be better for everyone and also our planet as a consequence. I want to educate myself about this new technology and contribute to positive outcomes. I’m excited about decentralisation and the possibilities it provides for creativity, reconfiguring and devolving power hierarchies, and liberating people to work on things they value. Looking forwards to meeting some cool people here.

Hello… My name is Tara, and I have followed Ivan for a long time. Long ago a short-timer at C/AIX-UNIX programming, I haven’t delved deeply except a little html for years. Believe in crypto and have some applications, wondering if they will make sense for blockchain, so why not learn in a space I highly believe in that piques my curiosity? OGM - Ole Gray Mare If the live-feed is indicative of the quality of the course, it will be great (though I will be a slow-start learner after all these years in mgt/ building houses/ etc. !)

My name is Sean Doyle. I’m a Full-time Professor, a retired Chef, a Realtor, and a serial entrepreneur. I am from from the USA… born and raised in NYC and now live in Florida. I became interested in crypto in December, 2017. Yeah… I’m one of those noobs that bought the top. But I have enjoyed trading and learning about crypto for the past couple of years and have decided to take a deep dive into the programming and management of blockchains.
There is nobody better to learn this topic from than Ivan!
