Hi everyone! My name is Gene, from Boston, I’m 28 years old and I got into crypto back in 2012 and it sucked me in like a black hole during my college years as an IT Networking. I saw the fall of Mt Gox and the rise of asic chips. I had a small mining operation up until 2014. I’m only good at cli and no idea how to code and this is my plan to learn from these courses. I hope to make good friends here in this space as well as continuing to help my family and friends. To me crypto and blockchains are revolutionary technology that will evolve us as humans into something greater and I’m very happy to be part of that with you guys

Greetings all,
I have been interested in crypto since the 17 run up, learning about the space from my son. Oddly enough I bought C++ book about thirty years ago and hardly cracked it open. Since I have been consumed with the possibilities that crypto has to offer, the academy is clearly the best choice to complete what I had barley started all those years ago. I did hit the course material pretty hard last month and found it fascinating. Unfortunately I had to take a little time off to tend to other matters, but I am back “on the gas” now. As we say in America. My goal is to full time crypto in 2020. Thanks Ivan! This year will be EPIC!

Hi my Name is Dietmar (Deet). I live in a little country town, Wondecla, North Queensland Australia. I come from a background of a multitude of skills but I would mostly say I am an artist.Sculpting, Music,Digital Art and interest in Philosophy, and the general state of affairs pertaining to how the world is run. I got involved in crypto about 2 years ago. My education in the space has been U tube and books over the last two years. I am now ready to dig much deeper to get a better grasp in the space. I was a little apprehensive about joining the Academy, mainly because of the programming aspect, as I have never programmed before. But here I am keen and willing, so lets see how it goes. I am really glad that there is this support structure which I am sure I will be able to contribute and learn from. Cheers Deet

My Name is Alex for the most common 
I am half German-half Greek and almost a year now i live in Germany. I have studied ship engineer and have been involved intensive with many other things after i graduated. My most involvement part was the gaming community, the tourism sector from hotels to booking as i lived 31 years in Greece, entrepreneurship and in the last one and a half year cryptoblockchain technology -AI and Coach Gamer.
I follow Ivan On Tech about a year now on youtube and finally disited to get involved wth the academy. I also disited to give my best at spreeding the knowledge i get to as many people as possible that are or are not in the cryptoblockchain space.

Hello everyone!
I feel like it’s time to introduce myself.
My name is Andreas, I’m 39 and live in Sweden.
I have no prior experience in programming and haven’t studied much after High-School, I would say that I’m more of a practical learner, I need to put my hands on things to be able to understand them fully.
Been interested in crypto since 2017 but when the bear market started I lost some focus and have been doing other things.
I’ve never had a job that I liked and have been constantly searching for what I want to do in life.
I feel it’s time to do something completely new to me, and something that takes me forward!
I’ve just getting started with The Academy and the first two courses about blockchain, BTC and ETH in general were easy to understand and I was feeling pretty good about this!
Then came JavaScript 
Oh man was it like running straight in to a wall, I quickly learned that The Academy would not be the single source of knowledge for this, despite what Ivan says 
The stepps are just to steep for me at this time.
I’m now set to get a better understanding about JS before I continue with The Academy, and despite the hard hitting wall, motivation as above 9000!
