I’m having an issue getting my HTML document to load as a website from Atom. Do I need to use a specific browser?

After you write an HTML document with ATOM you can open the file in probably any web browser. Assuming you wrote something in the HTML and you told the web browser that it is an HTML document everything should open up fine.
