I am 55 in a few weeks But I am more than willing to help. And there are more of ‘life experienced’ people here. 
And there are a lot of good people here. But I am a techy 55 year old… bleeding edge generally.
Feel free to talk about what/where you want to learn, what you enjoy and are experienced… and there is always a place to fit in. But go through the videos… If you are on coinbase do the learning modules also for a nice soft/friendly overview of some projects - and you earn a few dollars of crypto.
