Hi Guys,
I’m doing my first project and i’ve decided to build a tracker using Javascript, html and an API. I know this has already been done but i’ve been updating a spreadsheet instead of using one like blockfolio.
However i’m struggling to get going and was wondering if anyone had any ideas how they would go about creating this, like a small plan to get me going in the direction.
So far i’ve built a very basic HTML website with some CSS and the of a table. I’ve also inserted an API widget from CoinMarketCap. my next step would be to have a dashboard/table below it with several popular coins, with a field to enter the amount of coin you have to see how much it is currently worth.
I’m not trying to create anything really advanced as I’m a beginner to coding and want to understand my project in and out instead of following a complex tutorial that uses a variety of programmes i’m yet to learn.
