Hi,
I am very new to this but have a background in tech within financial services - I am just starting out on my crypto understanding and have done the intro into the finality of blockchain - I 100% accept that once a transaction is complete it cannot be reversed and this is a great thing (banks and retailers have huge costs for disputed transactions) BUT how, as a consumer, am I protected from purchasing goods from company X, they declare they have shipped and accept the funds but I never receive the goods?
If this is a dumb question please explain as I have found it much better to ask the dumb question than pretend to understand! (or in simpler terms be gentle with your answers :-))
