Eth stuck in txn for over 40 hours - when it says successful

Hi,
I sent eth from coinlist exchange to Hotbit exchange and whilst etherscan shows the txn was successful after 30 seconds, the eth hasn’t ended up in my Hotbit exchange - after 40 hours now. I haven’t ever had this issue on other exchanges.

Here are the screenshots of the txn… would really appreciate advice on what is happening please.

The transaction shows value : 0 Ether.
Also the tx’s status is successful.

Not sure why the tx value is 0 ether but there is nothing we can suggest here.
The best option you have is to contact the exchange support and ask info to them directly.
