VISA cards have some problems … before I used TenX (https://www.tenx.tech/) is the best (When it works again).
I’m not aware of any good working crypto cards at this moment … the elites seem to be fighting back 
Most of the cryptocards are facing problems because they used a company called wavecrest to interact with the VISA network, and this company was ousted from VISA due to many compliance issues. Most companies are already looking for a solution however, and we should see them reactivating in the near future.
I believe MasterCard does not have any issues. STK token recently launched and already has partnership with MasterCard. I believe there is one other token that has a MasterCard partnership but I can’t remember the name
