Confirming ownership of address

Can someone tell me how to confirm / identify the correct owner of an address?

The address below appears in my Metamask wallet, however I have tested a couple of small transactions with this address and have not received the coins I purchased.

I have 2 accounts in my MM wallet and I am unsure where this address came from?

I recently went to swap LINK for SWAP and this address came up automatically as the receiving address?

This address is from the smart contract Uniswap V2: Router 2

It is not a wallet address

I am still unsure why this contract address automatically appears as the receiving address in my MM?

Post the transaction hash. It will point to the contract as it was the origin of the token. It is not directly obvious sometimes which address received the token. I can look it over to be sure…
