Community management. Looking for tips

Hi guys

Thanks to this amazing course I’ve been working in crypto for half a year now. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for the amazing knowledge that this course provides.

Does anyone of you guys works in community management? A buddy of mine is building his own project and asked me to help him out. Frankly I don’t know where to begin. We need to have a precense on telegram and other social media platforms. I have no idea where to even begin to look for people who are specilised in these things. All tips are most welcome! Thanks in advance!

I drop you some tips about community management, hope they works for you.

  • Social Network Presence: Define which social networks you might be using based on where is the most amount of your followers, mainly facebook, instagram and youtube are the usual.

  • Beside the social networks, you could need a support team, in case of erros with the platform. Social Networks are not mean to solve internal issues, rather than give proper information about the project/platform.

  • Keep an eye on your followers requests or doubts, any question that they could have, is a nice opportunity to engage with them and help them keep using your platform (the same way this forum is a great place to ask questions related to the academy).
