Censored blocks mined on the Bitcoin blockchain?=

Does anyone have any thoughts on this recent news about Blockseer being able to censor blocks they mine on the bitcoin blockchain? They can choose which transactions to approve and leave out. If this is true, is this a gamechanger for bitcoin?

Seeing KYC creep into mining doesn’t make me feel too comfortable. But I also have faith in the ingenuity of creative people, there will most likely be a solution which will manifest in one way or another.
