METAMASK TRANSACTION CANCELLING HELP
Technical transaction question
If there are a queue of more than 10 transactions that are have been approved on Metamask queued up.
And you’ve decided to cancel them, because of congestion, and high gas fees.
I understand cancelling costs gas.
There is a way of doing it manually where you send yourself 0ETH, with the same nonce as one of the transactions.
The goal is to cancel the transactions without costing the 10 transactions worth of failed gas fees.
Could you send all the ETH you have, to another of your wallets, with the first nonce to bypass with high gas fee, to speed up the transaction to save your ETH from being drained from the error.
This situation applied to minting nft, being trigger happy with multiple transactions.
They ended up losing $1800 worth of gas and not being able to mint.
Wanted to know what the solution would be.
This happened to a friend of mine , live.
I didn’t have the answer, so wanted to trouble shoot And do a post mortem, to see what options are.
