I’ve looked around the web for a great source of knowledge regarding the industry. I feel at home here. This is a great place to learn. Ivan, I read a little bit about you and subscribed to your YouTube. You give hope to all of us. Thank you for all the hard work you and the team have put in building this environment.
Hi Ivan, enjoying the course so far. I like how you make it quick and straight to the point of each topic. As you say, " it should not take that long ".
Getting familuar with this platform and how the course work. So far so good. Is there any exam in the end or is it a questions and answers in the forum?
How will the certificate be issued?
Thanks ladies and gents!
This is a good course to understand the basic concept of the blockchain. It touch on a high level basis all the value features. Can´t wait to keep learning…
This course is very instructive, thank you!
Use cases for blockchain in finance, business and healthcare have been addressed in this topic. Are there any use cases in education? All learning would need to be online and on the blockchain, but would we tolerate transparency in education? Are we willing to sacrifice privacy? I think education needs be decentralized.
Maybe if the ledger was anonymous with private and public keys?
Great to be here Ivan!
Going through the course as on now and so far am loving this. I have my study plan and following it as suggested. I am glad that i joined the community and love this.
Feel free to point any mistake on any answers that you might come across from me.
How does a blockchain2.0 makes sure no one just clutters it with dapps using up a lot of processing power of the network. Couldn`t someone just make some complex simulations which uses up the entire network if it is possible to programm anything in dapps?
Is traceability and Provenance the same thing or are there subtle differences?
Traceability and transparency of the data create Provenance. They are the two wheels of the blockchain bicycle. So traceability helps create Provenance.
Good question Tiba! That’s why there is a fee involved in each transaction. If the network is congested, fees go up, so it won’t be that cheap to make as many transactions as before.
Felipe.
Loving to study. Great content.
Thanks
Hi Evry1, I’m a newbie in Dev thing but not in Crypto. I trade Financial markets since 2008 and Crypto since 2013. I’m an Anarcho capitalist and I have been studying about Austria school since I realized that Bitcoin was builded with this concept as core. I see that our society will be better using Decentralized Money as well Decentralized everything including Gov hahaha
I hope I can learn a lot here about Coding etc and share my experiences in Trading Futures, Forex etc as well.
I found very nice and dynamic this community, I’m enjoying the courses and I’m excited to code my own Algo for trading one day :=)
Guys I’m still confuse about What Is Lightning Network And How is really working !! Does Someone have some good and Updated article about?
I’ve been sending more ETH and LTC, USDC, USDT etc to the exchanges in order to trading cause I still have doubts about the fees in BTC and how long the transactions will be taken to complete. This can be sucks sometimes for someone that have to HEDGE positions in Futures and Margin like me, therefore I have being using ETH and Stable coins most of the time.
I swear I really want to use just BTC but I realized the fees and speed are not ideal yet, specially for payments in shops etc, where we have to exchange for DASH LTC to do lower buys with fast speed.
Another day I have sent BTC for a small fee and it took 15 minutes, but I already did transactions that took 2 hours+.
Tks in Advance for the replies!!
I have a question about transaction fees. Looking up latest fees in blockchain.com blockchain-explorer, the latest fees range between 1USD and 6USD. During Ivan on tech Live, you accept Donations of about 7USD. As fees are not calculated according to height of transaction but length of transaction, aren´t the transaction fees too high to make sense paying small amounts with BTC?
As fees are calculated according to transaction length and length is depending on total number of inputs / UTXOs, aren´t many small inputs you get from small transactions like donations absolutely inefficient as they create long following transactions when spent and increase transaction fees reducing the received funds?
I would be so glad for help Thanks
Hi.
I hope this helps!
Cheers
wowwoow Tks a lot :=) I will read this right now!!
Good Material. and will be more and more enjoyable the deep it gets. I can’t wait to reprogram science.
