Bitcoin’s Rise Like an ‘Infection’ Say Barclays

Analysts at British finance multinational Barclays plc, have likened Bitcoin to an ‘infectious’ disease, and say that its December price peak is likely to be its highest. It’s funny / sad how they chose to ignore all the outside factors that influenced (and continue to this day) the price of Bitcoin and simply link it to an ‘infectuous disease’.

While I’m not a huge Bitcoin supporter I do believe in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology and don’t believe for a second it isn’t here to stay and that it isn’t here to conquer a space in the global money markets. It may have slowed down in terms of price fluctuations and / or be held down for the time being but as more and more use cases emerge and projects start to deliver on their promises, you will see a turnaround.

Whether the price will ever be 20K or higher (and whether it should be that high) is all a matter of speculative opinion. I’m - personally - getting a bit tired of all these unfounded predictions to be honest and mostly ignore all of them.
