I tried installing ATOM on my computer but it is not working. Is there an alternative to atom that anyone recommends for the Javascript course?

I agree with @REGO350, visual code is a good alternative, also you can check plenty of videos on YouTube about how to install it on your system.
You did not specify which system you have, also would be useful a screenshot of the issue.

When did VS Code overtake Atom? I feel like when I started with HTML/CSS/JS in 2017 Sublime Text was the thing and now it’s Code.
I hadn’t even really heard much about Atom in between but it’s been popping up everywhere recently.
Can confirm VS Code is fabulous though.

Do you use Mac or Windows? I have both on my Mac so if you need help I’m here.
I have windows. Thank you for the advice everyone. I downloaded Sublime but I’m going to download VS code now.
