There are multiple customers at different ends of the market place. I begin with the Carbon Credit generator, they see an ad about installing a device with their solar panels and downloading an app and within 24 hours they get paid in cash for their consumption of solar power.
They call the number on the Advertisement or check the website, they call the number and someone is scheduled to go to their house. The agreement is signed and the device is installed. Then the client downloads the app and waits for their cash. As soon as the power for that particular day is generated, by end of day a total power produced is calculated and consumption of that particular power is tracked, the blockchain is updated and the credits are issued to the marketplace. The emitters accounts automatically bid for the credits and their emissions are settled in cash. the cash is remitted to the original clients account.
Client then uses that money via the app or is able to remit it to their bank or do direct purchases with it via the payment APIs.
Customer either satisfied or not but the cycle is complete.
