The UK has 310 tonnes of gold currently according to the website referenced. At the current spot price of $54,695.36 per KG, this equates to a total value of 310 x 1,000 x $54,695.36 i.e. $16,955,561,600… Or more simply stated to 2 decimal places, c. $16.96 bn… Thanks Gordon Brown for selling off half the UK’s Gold reserves virtually at the low of the last few decades… Cheers, Alex

Well my calculation is super easy, because my country, Canada, has 0 gold in its reserves!!! Wow!

I actually knew this prior to joining the Academy, but Swedens Riksbank owns 125,7 tonnes of Gold. Which is, according to their weekly report as of 2020-06-07, 64483 million SEK - or about 6973 million USD.
