Would it be possible to create a master contract that randomly picks a wallet everyday/week to distribute some interest to biggest participator in some social/teaching website? (like Ivan academy for e.g.)
basically distribute the interest to the wallet that’s connected to the person adding more value content to some web page(based on their likes, or engagement) ??
