Hey Community!

My name is Keshav, I’m a civil engineer by qualification, however my current industry doesn’t spark as much passion in me as it used to.

I’m obsessed with the crypto industry and so grateful for what it has done for me financially so far. I plan on learning as much as I can to get me to a state of financial freedom and I know this is the space where I need to make it happen.

This is just the beginning of an exciting journey for us all and I hope to see you all on the other side!

Hey all! I signed up for the Academy after Ivans webinar on going fulltime crypto yesterday.

I am a 33 years old goldsmith that started doing marketing on a hobby basis in 2006 to promote my goldsmith business. In 2012 I became a fulltime marketing professional, working as the CMO of a performance marketing agency, and I am currently working as a senior digital marketing manager for a bank. I see the marketing business changing, and I think that blockchain probably will be the next big thing for marketing. I do believe in blockchain as a next big thing generally like the internet was in the 90s.

I look forward to learning a lot more about crypto, probably Solidity and all the other cool stuff.

I hope to get to know you all very soon!

Good day. Don’t believe this is the right thread to ask a question but I am having difficulties posting elsewhere. I swapped 0x for 2.08 Aave on Uniswap and recievedthe Aave in my wallet with no value. Can someone please advise…

Greetings,

My name is Richard Featherstone, I live in Oregon, USA. I have worked as a professor of sociology and criminology for nearly 20 years. Eight of those years I served as an administrator at a dean’s level. I am participating in the Academy because I would like to better educate people on how cryptocurrency can benefit them and their community. To do this, I need to gain a greater understanding of this field and consider how it can best be taught to people who are not computer scientists or finance experts. One of the first projects I am planning to put together is a short video explaining the Bitcoin Protocol and the reasons why someone would want to purchase some amount of bitcoins. If any of you know of any good resources in this area or if you have ideas on how to create compelling YouTube videos please reach out to me. I look forward to partnering with others on this forum.

Nice to meet you William (CriptofitGranPa). I also have a passion for Bitcoin and blockchain. I’m taking a MOOC with Antonopoulos now and really learning a lot from him. Do you have any other people that you recommend that I follow?

Welcome Fosback. I’m new here as well. Just signed up for the academy and looking forward to learning more and making connections. With your background in gold, I’m imagining that you also like holding gold as a hedge against inflation? I think you are right about blockchain changing everything. My background is in higher education and I’m confident this will be big in that area as well.

Hello Ted,

I also live in Oregon. In Albany to be precise. I haven’t watched Lark Davis, but I really enjoy @ivan. That guy is both informative and entertaining. I’m surprised that he can do such a quality show every day.

Just subscribed to your YouTube channel. I don’t speak Spanish, but I can tell that you are building up your videos. Nice work and keep it going.

jajajajaja , thanks , take care , hope you have a good journey on the academy , so far i found it awesome , its absolutly true that you can learn all the material thats here on your own , on youtube , but what you can achive here in few months will take years if you do it aon your own

Good morning, good day, good evening!

My name is Raul, I am new to the community and I am very pleased to after many month join the Academy. I had to finished my previous project which is done and I can now dedicate time to sharpening my skills in Crypto.
My intention is to build something, (not sure what yet). Maybe a rocket to go to the moon; wait we have bitcoin for that.
OK, no rocket. But I will find something to build. Maybe a few of us will find it together.

Anyway, it’s good to be here.

Check the interface on uniswap as if you are swapping for USDT or ETH.
The migration from the LEND token to the AAVE token just completed.
Sometimes the new tokens in your metamask may show a quantity without a value.
I had the same issue at first with CORE, but when I plug in to the interface it showed how much USDT it would trade for.

My name is Linda and I work as a Professional Organizer. My specialty is personal & business organizing. I have taught online classes for more than 10 years. I love streamline complex issues and creating simple repeatable solutions for getting things done. For me, nothing beats helping a person create a simple repeatable solution for their business and hearing how much better they feel as a result.

Now blockchain technology is the field I’m most excited about. Blockchain Technology offers life changing solutions that so many of my clients have wished for over the years. I believe it will change the world of business as we know it, and I want to be part of it. I live in Boston, Massachusetts USA
