Into to HTML Button Instruction Missing

I am working through the HTML intro course and you can see on the video “Basic CSS Rules and Selectors” at about 8:30 he’s working on the Coin and Amount Input boxes with the Buy button, but I didn’t see anywhere in the prior tutorials where he went over that part.
Did I miss it somehow?
