Not so much of a project, but I am very interested in the energy and identity DAPPs. I love what we have learned about how DAPPs are like legos, but I think it would be cool to go into how some of these other DAPP’s outside of DEFI that use smart contracts. It may be outside the purview of this section though.

I see you had Bidao listed in your overview and was curious if anyone has anything to say about the project??
I noticed that it is the only protocol that is built on the BNB chain. Is that a good thing or bad??
I have been following the project for some time because I got into the ICO and it seems like a good project but they haven’t been updating the community much after the ICO ended. Hopefully they are working through the bugs and get the project moving again.
Honeyswap. It is a decentralized exchange, very similar to Uniswap, but with the difference that it uses a second layer for the transactions with the token xDai.

Been checking out falcon swap, polkaswap and honey swap, had a little play with honey swap transfered some dai over to xdai using an xdai bridge then bought some hny tokens just for giggles to see how it works, its a bit of a faf about but a fun experience none the less. Great course 
Hello there again man, I’m also invested into Bidao since the ico.
I think it’s the only project that can possibly compare and compete with MKR in what they offer. Especially since they plan on being chain agnostic. My hope is Bidao becomes to MKR what Polkadot is to Etherium, a challenger.
I also think that launching on Binance chain is a good thing because I believe it will lead to a Binance listing after mainnet is launched. ( I am not a binance hater like most )
However, I get what you mean with the lack of transparency with the community. They’re marketing and communication definitely isn’t up to scratch.
The flipside to this is, it’s still so early and Bidao isn’t even a working product yet!! It’s run by computer nerds, which is safe. I think Bidao will end up being a very very good investment but in the very long term. (obviously all just my opinion )

I have found this sort of new DeFi space that allows you to interact with almost every token ,to use as your Collateral and receive up to %70 value of your Collateral as assets and allows you to set your return loan on your own situation which is customisable ,meaning is open to pay at any period of time.

defi is the coolest thing that has happened to finance ever!
Using uniswap mostly myself but really interested after this course to make my defi tokens work and contribute and earn.
Dont know if Aragon you think goes under “defi” but I think it does. Its a really cool project, also think ANJ is a very cool project.
Also Lightning is sort of a defi project imo.

I think a project that should be added to the DeFi Ecosystem overview is Defis Network

This is a project like Uniswap but is made on EOS. It also has some other functionality like liquidity mining. The developers are working on a loan platform as well. There is already a savings account similar to the DAI savings account. The platform has its own native token called DFS
Simpleswap app on ios and android is good for trading coins, Hackernoon.com has article’s from independent journalists on defi which I have have found very good.
