The more central banks keep printing, governments keep mandating, social media companies keep censoring and fiat money keep getting devalued it opens up eyes. BTC is looking pretty good these days.

I went through lots of funny memes on Google but in the end the most powerful one has been posted here many times. German gold owners who lived through hyperinflation in 1923 didn’t have to worry fiat currency devaluation. If they ever needed pieces of paper to exchange for goods or services, they just received more of them as the crisis worsened.
Modern fiat currencies seem to be fast marching towards the same fate as the German mark, and bitcoin (today’s digital gold) owners shouldn’t be worried about fiat currency devaluation for the same reason. Time will tell though. Lots of things could go wrong in this nascent monetary experiment, so you should still own a bit of gold just in case.

Digital scarcity is a bigger deal then most people understand. For the first time you can now truly take something to the grave with you!
Freedom and control of your own money is wealth. This depicts how many people feel holding their life savings and money at banks and how others feel holding assets that they control and are not susceptible to manipulation by central authorities.

To me this shows that it’s futile to try to go against Bitcoin because it is the most durable form of money.
Sorry for the bitter meme, but taking into account that most here are already pro-crypto, it’s healthy to keep a constructive criticism within the community and aknowledge the vast majority of people doesn’t even understand the tech, or is invested because of the more mainstrem arguments. And unfortunatelly is a trend that tends to make crypto more cooptable by big institutions and the traditional system, posing a risk to the tech that actually gives us more freedom from what is stablished.
(+ doesn’t cost much to have a honest debate about what a world where bitcoin ‘suceeds’ really means and would look like).

Bitcoin is durable and is known as digital gold, can’t be destroyed as it is ditributed across tens of thousands computers around the world.

It’s funny because it’s showing that the federal reserve is hyper inflating the economy, but blaming on the “fad” of bitcoin.
security and value is determined by the bitcoin protocol. The fiat money on the other hand in our wallet is devaluable you can even lose it and can be censored by government agencies as being inflationary due to the ever increasing supply

Back in 2009 nobody understood what Bitcoin was, what was it for, what uses it might have, what technology was behind, what was it’s source of value… well, anything about Bitcoin made sense, not for economists, not for institutions and certainly not for the people in general. Due to it’s monetary policy, it’s proof of work, it’s neutrality and it’s monetary properties, by the next halving season, many of those who didn’t believe in it’s inherent properties, will start to have a second thought about their past reasoning.

I think the ‘Got him’ meme reflects Bitcoin cos there is a negative connotation surrounding it. However, it has confounded all its critics. Its the best performing asset in the last decade.

Once I started down the Bitcoin rabbit hole it has changed my whole outlook on politics, world peace and economics. So yeah, I get a little excited when I try to explain it to noobs.
